CircuitWest is excited to launch the next round of the Tour Coordinator Mentorship Program.
This program is open to artists and producers, located in WA, to partake in a 2-week online course, where participants will develop skills in tour coordination, facilitated by the CircuitWest Tour Coordinators, who will be speaking to real life experience. The program will cover the following;
· Introduction to WA Presenters and Programming
· Connecting with Presenters
· Tour Itineraries
· Budgeting for Tours
· Grant Applications & Funding
· Marketing for Tours
· Community Engagement
· Technical Specifications
· Risk Management
· Contracting
· Mental Health on Tour
· The ‘Tour Bible’
· Evaluation, Reporting & Grant Acquittals
Program Dates
Week 1: 12-14 August 2020
Week 2: 19-21 August 2020
(*the course will run 2-3 hours across each day.)
Application Process

Monday 13 July. Applications will be assessed by the Circuitwest team, with successful applicants notified by COB Monday 20 July.
Please note you must have experience in the performing arts and be able to commit to the entire program dates.
