Please use this form to join the TOPS directory of families and caregivers.
This directory was created by a TOPS parent as a way to build community in our school. The directory will help you, and families throughout TOPS, to connect with each other to schedule play dates, send birthday invites, organize carpools, form sports teams, and support each other.
Each field is optional -- only share what you feel comfortable sharing. Please reach out to

The directory will be shared with TOPS families who participate. While some grades have contact lists of their own, this list collects information that some grades may not be collecting. At the end of the form, we'll ask if you want an invitation to your grade-level communications.
