You are invited to participate in a research study. Your participation is voluntary, and your responses will not be linked to your identity.

My goal in conducting this research is to identify the top studies in the area of child psychology, broadly defined, published in the last 50 years. To accomplish this goal, I am soliciting nominations of studies that have had the greatest impact on the field of child psychology, in each of four broad categories: Most Revolutionary, Most Fascinating, Most Controversial, and Most Important. These nominations can include studies that are directly relevant to your subfield of study, other subfields of study, or the field as a whole. A study can also be nominated in more than one category.

Under each category, please list up to 10 studies, published in or since 1960, that you believe had the greatest impact on the field of child psychology, relative to the category. You need not list the full reference. Rather, list as much as you can which would allow my research team to accurately and uniquely determine the study you are nominating.
