Screening Questionnaire

Because you currently or have previously provided mental health care services during the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible to participate in a doctoral study examining the relationship between telemental health (TMH) and practitioners' attitudes toward TMH training and compassion satisfaction. Please answer the following questions to provide background information and determine your eligibility.

Qualifying Questions
1.Do you hold a master's level qualification in the field, such as a clinician, counselor, therapist, behavior specialist consultant, psychologist, or clinical social worker?(Required.)
2.Have you implemented telemental health (TMH) as a service delivery model during the COVID-19 pandemic?(Required.)
3.Do you have a minimum of 6 months to a year of experience in the mental health field before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic?(Required.)
4.Have you received any degree of TMH training before and/or during the COVID-19 pandemic while implementing TMH?(Required.)
5.Do you currently have any personal or professional affiliation with the researcher conducting this research?(Required.)
