This anonymous survey is an attempt to understand the overlap of Title IX and Disability Accommodation as required under federal compliance.  I am looking to review three main areas:  Title IX accommodations, Disability Accommodations in the Title IX process, and remedy related to a Title IX matter.  For example, pregnancy and parenting accommodation, when necessary, can be covered under Title IX.  Other Title IX-related issues may result from trauma suffered due to sexual harassment and sexual violence. The information collected  will be used for training purposes and a possible article.
