The Tradies Dickson - Accessibility and Inclusion Survey

“It’s time to talk about dementia”

Last week was Dementia Action Week. This year’s theme was “It’s time to talk about dementia.”

At The Tradies, we want everyone in our community to feel welcome, comfortable and able to take part.

As part of our work to become a more dementia-friendly and accessible organisation, we have been talking with our staff about what we can do better. More importantly, we want to listen to people in our community with lived experience.

This includes people living with dementia, people with disability or other access needs, and their families, carers and support people.
Your feedback will help us understand what we are doing well, where there may be barriers, and what practical changes could make The Tradies easier for everyone to use and enjoy.
