Survey on Mentoring for Thriving in Urban Ministry

New York Theological Seminary with support from the Lilly Endowment has launched a multi-year project on “Mentoring for Thriving in Urban Ministry.”  As part of this effort the Seminary is introducing mentoring into all pastoral degree programs.  Students in these degree programs will be assigned one-on-one mentors to work with them for up to two years.  We will also be teaching students how to be mentors to others.  Our goal is to help current and future pastors thrive in urban ministry.  Your contribution will help us to learn more about mentoring for pastoral leadership in urban ministry.
