400 Room & Desk Rental Form

Thank you for your interest in renting "The 400," Smith Hill's premier co-working and event space!

Fully flexible, we can arrange the room to accommodate small and large groups.  Whether you are looking for a conference style table for a team meeting, circular seating for a key presentation and/or an open floor for your next cocktail party, the 400 is the ideal space.

Room rates are $50/hr (with a one-hour minimum) and include a half hour before and after your event for set-up and clean-up at no extra charge. Discounted rates are available with a year-long lease. 

Looking for daily and/or monthly desk rentals? The 400 offers a shared office space for your professional needs. Desk rentals are priced based on usage. 

Equipped with an on-site kitchen, free on and off-street parking, printer, copier, and a dedicated staff person, the 400 is the space you've been searching for. For an additional fee, half full, llc's talented staff can facilitate your workshop or team building activity, coordinate food, alcohol and other vendors, and assist with the planning of your event.
