Dear Year 12 Parents

As is tradition at Trinity during Year 12, our parents are invited to participate in a variety of activities throughout the year for our boys.   This year, as in previous years, separate committees are formed with a convenor, co-convenor and a small army of general helpers to take on the running of these activities. 

Each group will be given a handover and notes from the outgoing 2018 convenors.

Many hands make light work and we are most grateful if you can assist either as a general helper or convenor.  So we know who to call upon we would appreciate you indicating your preference/s below.

Year 12 Food Committee

10 – 12 volunteers at each morning tea, each term to assist with collection, preparation, serving and clean up at Year 12 scone morning teas.

*Term 4 is an optional morning tea homebake

10 – 12 volunteers to co-ordinate Pizza Lunch after the English exam – order, collect and assist with serving of pizzas and drinks after the English exam.

Year 12 Valedictory Dinner Committee. Date: Tuesday 22 October

The MCG has been booked for this event and the committee forms early in the year and meets each 6-8 weeks (approx.) to allocate tasks under the guidance of Head of Year, Community Relations Office, a parent convenor and co-convenor. 

The role of the committee is to assist with an allocated role to make the evening personal to the year level.

Year 12 After Party Committee. Date: Saturday 15 June

This is a parent-run event and the convenor and co-convenor lead the committee with a team of approx. 20 parent volunteers helpers.

Duties range from booking of venue, insurance, catering, cloakroom, bar, equipment hire, decoration, entertainment, transport from formal to the venue, booking process, budget etc.,.
