1. About the Customer Success Technology Vendors Registry

As the worldwide Customer Success profession and community continues to grow at an ever increasing pace, many companies are beginning to look for technological resources to develop and extend the capabilities of their Customer Success teams. To assist those companies in locating appropriate resources, The Customer Success Association maintains a Resource Registry of Customer Success Technology providers.

The Customer Success Technology Resource Registry has two aspects. The first is a simple listing of company names as links to their respective websites. Only those providers who maintain appropriate web pages about their Customer Success-specific products may be included in the CS Technology Resource Registry list. There is no cost for a basic listing.

The second aspect is a detailed breakdown of specific functional categories and features together with links for providers offering appropriate products within that category and type. (Basic/free CSA membership is required for access to this page.)

To be considered for inclusion in the Customer Success Technology Resource Registry, companies must fully complete this application form and qualify for listing.
