Tech has magical powers and prowess to help us amp up listening and research, communication and learning as well as ease and efficiency (which just happen to be the three types of tech tools I do workshops on).

Tech also has the power to infuriate us and bring out our inner two-year-old having a meltdown.

When we pay attention to our tech personalities we can more easily bypass the difficult challenges tech can bring, and rather bring on the benefits.
