6.
Terms of Presentation:
1. Selected presenters will be provided with a room equipped with a computer, data projector, audio, and internet access.
Presenters will not be permitted to disconnect ideastream owned technology to accommodate personal technology.
It is recommended that each presenter intend to link to presentation materials via the internet AND bring a backup on a jump drive, if appropriate.
2. The duration of each presentation will be 60 minutes. A successful presentation will engage the audience and allow at least 15 minutes for application of new skills and audience questions. If you are accepted as a presenter, you agree to honor the audience engagement component. Additionally, you agree present on the topic as described in this application. Content and description of presentation may NOT be modified after acceptance.
3. If, agreeable, the Presenter will provide a link to any digital presentation materials used in the session.
Only those who attend the conference will be provided the list of presentation links.
4. Presenters will be provided, via, email, a preregistered number of attendees for their session, and the room location one week prior to the conference.
4. Accepted presenters will receive complimentary registration. Due to the limited capacity of the conference,
co-presenters will pay admission.
