Understanding and sharing critical skills

TeamFit is working on a series of articles about critical skills. We are looking for your insights into the critical skills you use in your work. Our focus is foundational skills, the skills used to build other skills, but are open to any ideas and suggestions. We have tacked on a few questions about skill models, as this work is meant to inform our evolving design for a skill model.

Critical skills identified so far are Critical Thinking, Reflection, Learning and Sketching.
