The Team-Based Pay Awards were built to celebrate and honor the superior performance and financial successes of salons, spas and medspas that are currently using Strategies Team-Based Pay compensation program.

Entries are due by August 22, 2022.

You can submit a VIDEO OR WRITTEN APPLICATION! Written essay sections now have a video submission option! Look for video submission links above each essay section.

AWARD DOCUMENTATION UPLOAD OPTIONS: 

If you are an active Strategies Coaching client and have access the Strategies Command Center, you will not need to upload any of the requested documentation throughout the application process. Please just make sure you have your information up to date to be considered for an award.
 
If you are not an active Strategies Coaching client and do not have access to Command Center, please upload the necessary documentation that is listed with each category. 
 

MAKE YOUR LIFE EASY! READ BELOW:
 
  1. You only need to complete the categories you wish to enter.
  2. You can enter as many categories as you like.
  3. Video submissions DO NOT need to feel 'produced'. We just want to hear from you. They are not judged on video quality.  
  4. Please keep videos submissions to 5 minutes or less in length.
  5. To compete for the 2022 TBP No-Compromise Business of the Year award, you must complete the entire application.
 
Your entry will automatically be judged in all categories. This will give you the best chance of winning an award if you don’t win TBP Business of the Year.

HOW TO SAVE YOUR WORK AND FINISH LATER: Just click the "Next/Save" or "Done/Save" button at the bottom of each page, and then use the same link on the same device and web browser you used to start the survey. Allow cookies to be stored on that browser to access your survey responses later.
