Learning Objectives: After attending this session, participants will be able to:
 Explain resiliency and the importance of resiliency in medical school, residency and their professional careers, particularly how it contributes to wellness and self-care
Discuss the many components, skills and factors that contribute to one’s ability to be resilient
Perform a self-evaluation to determine their current levels of personal wellness and resiliency
Demonstrate methods, techniques and tools that improve resilience in both their personal and professional lives.
Identify and utilize resources to improve their wellness and resilience.
