Tasman District Libraries: Library User Survey

We want to know what your favourite things are about your library … and also what you'd like us to add, change or improve. The more people who take part in the survey the better, so please encourage your friends and family to take part as well.

We’re going to use your feedback to help us understand what you want from your library. It will help us to improve, and change, in order to be the kind of library that you really want.
  • This survey is being carried out by Tasman District Libraries.
  • Filling in the survey means you’re giving us consent to use the information you give us.
  • Please only fill in the survey once.
  • There are only eleven questions and it should take you ten to fifteen minutes to complete.
  • You can select as many multi-choice answers as you like.
  • You don’t have to answer all the questions even if you do decide to take part.
  • There are no prizes or incentives for taking part in this survey – other than that you’ll be helping to make the library an even better place.
  • The survey is anonymous.
  • Anyone can take part in the survey – no matter how young or old you are, or whether you’re a library member or not.

The survey closes on Friday 8 December 2017.
