NYS Talking Book and Braille Library (TBBL) User Survey

The purpose of this survey is to gauge awareness of talking book services among public libraries in New York's upstate 55 counties . It will also help to identify areas where our partnerships with public libraries can be strengthened. Your responses will help to refine our outreach efforts and services to existing users. Your participation is greatly appreciated.

* 3. To the best of your knowledge, are there individuals in your patron population who may benefit from talking book and/or braille services? These include blind and visually impaired individuals, individuals with reading or learning disabilities originating from organic dysfunction, and those with physical impairments which inhibit the use of print materials (such as paralysis or severe arthritis).
