South Western Sydney LHD Safe Haven Co-design (Feedback Loop 2)

Introduction

Thank you for completing this Feedback Loop 1 Survey for the co-design of the South Western Sydney LHD Safe Haven.

The purpose of Feedback Loop 3 is to:

Gather broader insight regarding progress from the combined co-design session
Capture any further suggestions and feedback to inform the service model.

During the most recent stage of the process, we have analysed the responses that we received from Feedback Loop 1 and conducted a combined co-design session with both health professionals and lived experience representatives.

During this session, participants explored several scenarios regarding how the Safe Haven would support people under certain circumstances.

The intent of the session was to explore any outstanding areas of divergence and identify the 'non-negotiables' for the implementation of the Safe Haven model following the co-design process.

Within this survey, we've included slides that capture the outcomes of this session, and will ask you a series of questions for you to provide further input.
