In April 2025, Swissport USA, Inc. Swissport Cargo Services, LP, and Swissport Fueling, Inc. (collectively, “Swissport”) signed a settlement agreement with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office to resolve allegations that Swissport violated various state wage laws. As part of the settlement, Swissport has agreed to pay more than $3.1 million in citations, including restitution for unpaid wages and penalties. To find out if you are owedrestitution as a result of the Swissport settlement, please answer the following questions. Providing this information will be used to verify settlement eligibility. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect our ability to issue restitution checks.
After completing the questions and submitting your answers, you will be contacted by a member of the Fair Labor Division within the coming weeks to advise you: (1) whether you are eligible for settlement funds, and (2) how much restitution you are owed from Swissport. At that time, you will be asked to email or mail a paystub, telephone bill, utility bill, or other bill addressed to you at your current (within the past six months) address.
