In April, 2015, the Oregon Department of Transportation adopted its first statewide Transportation Options Plan. Transportation options programs expand the opportunity for people to travel by providing education, outreach, and resources on how to take the bus, bike, walk, share rides, and telecommute. As part of implementing the ODOT Transportation Options Plan, your local transportation options provider, Point2point at Lane Transit District, is conducting an annual survey to better understand how people currently travel and the awareness and satisfaction of their current transportation options program offerings. To learn more about Point2point, please visit our website at LTD.org/Point2point.

Please take 10 minutes to complete this survey. Your participation will help inform future transportation options program investments in your community and expand transportation options and access for all.

At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of two $100 Amazon gift cards!
Please complete this survey once only.  Multiple responses will not increase your chances of winning.
This survey closes February 23, 2018.
