Rental Requirements: No evictions in the past 7 years, No outstanding balance with WE energies, Rent to not exceed 40% of your income, Favorable landlord references, and a Credit Score of 600 or greater.

Cats & Dogs are allowed, but no aggressive breeds are allowed (Pitbull, German Shephard, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Chow, or any mix of these).

All security deposits are 1.5 times the rent. They may be higher if you have a special case (first time renter, past evictions, etc.)
