My name is William Tincup, President of RecruitingDaily.  I've intimately studied and advised on HR & TA tech for over 20 years.

One of my curiosities is the selection and purchase process of an Enterprise ATS.

  • What critical questions do you ask?
  • How much does chemistry with the vendor play into the sale?
  • Does it matter if the vendor has clients in your industry?

"The Ask."


RecruitingDaily is gathering practitioner insight on the purchase of an Enterprise ATS.  This 5-minute survey has been distributed across North America.

We have invited every demographic profile in the HR/TA landscape.  In other words, you are the key to this study.

When the results are in, you will receive them as a thank you, as well as a conduit of information for you to utilize during your next purchase.

Why?  We want to understand what happens between point A & point B.  What created the need for change, and what determining factors led you to purchase a particular application?

We also want to know how this translates industry wide, and we want you to have the answers that may help guide your organization in making an optimal Enterprise ATS purchases in the future.

Of course, I have no idea what we'll find, which is partly why the research is essential and your help is needed.

I know you're crazy busy.  I get it.

But it's with good intentions that this research is being created and shared.  Our goal is to create a deeper understanding and improve the Enterprise ATS purchase process.

If you know me, you know that I ask tough questions. This survey will contain tough questions, for sure. I only mention that because I don't want you to be put off by phraseology and/or depth of questions, etc.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate you giving us your time to help us learn more about you and the industry we share.
