What do you think of your child’s 2012 report card?

We are the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA). We are responsible for developing report cards used by primary schools.

At the end of May/June 2012, your child's primary school sent you a report card on how well your child was getting on. We are now asking you, as a parent or guardian, to tell us what you think about the report card and suggest how we can make it better.

Please do not tell us what you think about the information the teacher filled-in on the report card.

We invite you to take ten minutes to share your ideas on the report card. We will not identify any parent, child or school when we use the information gathered from this survey.
