Pengantar
Introduction

Survei Kepuasan Mitra Kerja Sama ITB bertujuan untuk mendapatkan umpan balik dari mitra kerja sama terkait kemanfaatan dan kepuasan selama keberlangsungan kerja sama dengan Fakultas/Sekolah di ITB. Umpan balik ini diperlukan untuk proses perbaikan berkelanjutan. Partisipasi seluruh Mitra Kerja Sama sangat diperlukan dalam membantu upaya penjaminan mutu kerja sama di ITB
The ITB Partnership Satisfaction Survey aims to gather feedback from partners regarding the benefits and satisfaction derived from their collaboration with the Faculties/Schools at ITB. This feedback is essential for the continuous improvement process. The participation of all partners is crucial in supporting efforts to ensure the quality of partnerships at ITB.
