ASCT Support Meeting Participant Survey

The Autism Society of Central Texas strives to improve the lives of all affected by autism. In doing so, ASCT offers peer support opportunities through its various support meetings. The purpose of this survey is to get feedback from our families about our current support meetings, so that we can improve and grow our services to better support you.

The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and you can decline to answer any questions, or end the survey at any time. Your responses to this survey will be anonymous. Please, do not disclose your name on your survey. Information gathered will be used for internal purposes only, and will not be published.
