Bioenergy is a form of energy produced from biomass, i.e. materials derived from plants, animals and their by-products. The purpose of this survey is to assess community support for prospective bioenergy industries in the Northern Rivers, and to identify critical factors that influence the level of 'social licence' for different types of bioenergy.

Please answer the questions based on your current understanding, opinions, and concerns. Your participation is completely voluntary and you are free to omit any question. The findings of this survey will be made publicly available. They will be reported anonymously so that you cannot be identified as a participant.

This survey is a project of the Northern Rivers BioHubs Consortium, which is led by Sustain Northern Rivers.
