2017 OAGC Survey on High Quality Gifted Professional Development |
1. Introduction
The State Board of Education is set to approve new gifted operating standards this spring which will increase the level of professional development in gifted education for classroom teachers, gifted professionals, and others. The purpose of this survey is to assess whether classroom teachers, gifted professionals, and others would like the Ohio Association for Gifted Children (OAGC) to increase opportunities for high quality gifted professional development. We are particularly interested in ascertaining the demand for summer professional development opportunities. All identifies of those responding to the survey will remain confidential.
