We are postponing all qualitative research for now, given the uncertainty of the COVID-19 environment.

We are executing some of our planned qualitative research using online and phone methods.

We have moved forward with all intended qualitative research, changing to online and phone methods until we can get back to in-person research.

* 2. How do you feel about online methods for qualitative research: web-assisted phone interviews, online forums, digital ethnography, groups via Zoom or another platform, etc.?

I prefer these methods: no one needs to travel, and we can recruit nationally.

I am conflicted: these are easier to execute now, but I don't think they always deliver the depth of insight I want.

I prefer not to use these methods and am waiting for in-person work to start again.

I actually don't see us using in-person methods for the rest of the year, at least.
