Introduction to the West Palm Beach CRA Commercial Building Project

The Styx is a collection of eight, commercial spaces almost 600 square feet each, on 4 individual parcels which will be made available for purchase or lease through a competitive process by the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency for delivery/occupancy in the Summer/Fall of 2021. The project is part of the commercial revitalization of the Historic Northwest and is intended to enhance the current business mix and attract local, neighborhood businesses to serve the needs of the local community, the residents of the City of West Palm Beach and ultimately, the cultural tourism market that will be attracted to the district.
