You must complete this survey to assure that you meet the minimal requirements for participation. If you do, we will contact you to schedule an information meeting at the Grand Forks Human Nutrition Research Center. The research study and all testing procedures will be explained to you in detail at this meeting. If you decide to join the study you will sign an Informed Consent. After signing the informed consent, the study testing will begin. The total time for this visit will last about one hour.
