The teacher and students will be responsible for setting up before the showcase begins and taking down the project display after the showcase ends.

Showcase applications must be completed by February 14th, 2025.
Limited Space & Selection Process:
Due to limited space, not all Student Showcase project proposals can be accepted. Priority will be given based on the following criteria:
1) CTE classes and projects: Non-CTE classes and projects may be considered but will not be given priority.
2) Physical space: Oversized projects will be considered case-by-case but may be declined due to space constraints.
3) School representation: To ensure broad participation, multiple proposals from the same school may result in one or more being declined.
3) Project Diversity: A variety of projects will be selected to avoid overrepresentation of similar class types.
4) Early Applicants: Priority will be given to those who expressed early interest in participating.
Class Grants:
If selected, each participating class will receive a base class grant of $350, plus $5 for every token earned during the showcase (more information on tokens below).
Teacher Stipends:
The teacher responsible for facilitating and overseeing the class's participation in the Student Showcase will receive a $350 stipend. Stipends are available to one teacher per class.
