Student Community Engagement Survey |
Please take a few minutes to tell us about your community engagement activities, including community service and / or community-based learning activities (as part of an academic course or program) during this past academic year (2022-2023) and what you learned through your participation. This should not take more than 5 minutes to complete. You may end your participation in the survey at any time. Your responses will not be individually identifiable (unless you choose to include your email or name as explained below).
You may wish to provide your email address to be included in an optional drawing for a a chance to win a $25 downtown coffee shop gift card. Your email address will be used only for this purpose. You may also choose to include your name if you are willing to have your feedback shared in university publications related to community engagement.
The first part of the survey will ask some questions about voluntary community service activities you may have taken part in over the past year.
The second part of the survey will ask some questions about community-based learning activities- those that may be required or otherwise a part of a course, academic program, or college-level program – over the past year.
