TJ Samson Stroke Experience Survey

T.J. Samson Community Hospital achieved its Acute Stroke Ready Hospital (ASRH) Certification in 2019 confirming that this organization is dedicated to providing stroke care to this community at or above the evidence based standard.  

We are committed to providing you with the best overall patient experience possible.  We would like to know from you how we are doing, so we welcome your comments.
