Downtown Monroe Strategic Plan

The City of Monroe is preparing a strategic plan to promote the long-term success of the area near and along Main Street in Downtown Monroe. Your feedback and responses are important to identify issues and prioritize outcomes. Please take 5 minutes to answer the following questions.

The center of downtown is Main Street. For the purposes of this survey, downtown is generally defined as Madison Street (west boundary), McDougall Street (southern boundary), Al Borlin Park (east boundary), and the properties just south of US 2 (north boundary).
