In this third session, we dig into:
- subdivision of common property
- amending a strata plan to make land held by the strata corporation into a new strata lot.
This session builds on our second session -Strata Plan Basic Amendments Part A- where we discussed limited common property, designation and removal; amendments to add, consolidate or divide a strata lot; and, amendments to add a strata lot to common property.
Between these two sessions all sections of the Strata Property Act related to amending a strata plan will be covered.
