* 1. What customer engagement opportunities would you like to volunteer for? Maximum of three to be selected.

Scrutiny Panel | 8-10 hours per month | Formal group. You’ll be part of an independent panel who review our services and challenge us to do better. You’ll engage with our customers to find out what they think. Plus look at policies, performance data and speak to our teams.

Customer Complaints Learning Panel | 2-4 hours per month | Formal group. You’ll look at our complaints, customer feedback, and performance and use this to create better services.

Building Safety Group | 2-4 hours per month | Formal group. To join this group you must live in one of our high rise buildings over 18m or seven storeys high. You'll help us to make sure we're keeping customers safe, improving communication and providing feedback on any building safety matters.

Community Champions | 2-4 hours per month. You’ll love where you live and enjoy coming up with ideas on how you can make it even better. Every six weeks you'll inspect your local area and give us feedback.

Friends of Scrutiny | 1-2 hours per month. You'll have a great eye for detail to feedback on our policies, communications and services and make sure we're meeting customers’ needs. Plus it's linked to our Scrutiny Panel so you'll support service reviews too.

Customer Inclusion Group | 1-2 hours per month. A safe place for customers with a disability, impairment, or health condition, and their families, to share feedback on our services. You'll create better services for everyone.

Mystery Shopping | 1-2 hours per month. A quick win opportunity where you'll make an enquiry, take notes on your experience, and let us know how we did.

Ageing Well Board | 2-4 hours per month. You’ll be aged 55 or over and come up with creative ideas and solutions for customers to be independent, active, and connect with their community.

Surveys, feedback and online testing | Flexible hours. Sometimes we need feedback on our services, ideas, changes, or improvements. Surveys and focus groups are a great way for us to get this feedback and make sure we're involving customers. Keep an eye on your email inbox for opportunities.
