Thank you very much for your input as we assess the current children, youth and family ministry at St. Luke's Lutheran Church and dream for the future. This survey will take approximately 15 minutes. Although you may not have children and/or youth engaged in our ministry at this point, your input is still needed and appreciated. Please answer these questions based on how you feel or what you perceive. We are seeking perception: even though you may not currently have experience in a specific area, we value your attempt to answer to the best of your ability.
Please note that for the purposes of this survey, we define "children's ministry" as those students three years old through 5th grade. We define "youth ministry" as those students in grades 6 through 12. We appreciate your input as we discern the best ministry options for St. Luke's Lutheran!
