Step Your Way To 10K A Day Registration 2021

The challenge runs from Monday, October 4 through Sunday, November 14.
 
This is a free 6-week program designed to help participants become more active by taking 10,000 steps a day. Sign up and participate, and you might just win one of ten Yeti Rambler 30oz tumblers! You'll receive a weekly email, a log sheet, and tips for getting steps. All you will need to count your steps is an activity tracker, pedometer, or a smart phone!
