It is time to negotiate a new union contract with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We’ve come through an epidemic that stretched our healthcare system to the limit.  And it wasn’t doing great before Covid. How do we make the state the best place to work so we can recruit and keep staff? What we propose and what we achieve is directly tied to what members across the state say we want.
