State of Celiac Disease in Canada Health Survey

The Canadian Celiac Association is conducting an online, anonymous survey of Canadians who are diagnosed with celiac disease or other gluten-related disorder to learn more about diagnosis, treatment and management of celiac disease, as well as general wellbeing, challenges / barriers of adherence to a gluten-free diet, and available social and healthcare supports. This volunteer-based 75-question survey will not collect any identifying information, and will take approximately 35 minutes to complete.
