St. Andrew's Episcopal School - Head of School Search Questionnaire

Saint Andrew’s Friends and Families,

As you know, St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is conducting a search for a new Head of School who will begin his or her service on or about July 1, 2023. While we are celebrating the accomplishments of our school and supporting our outgoing head of school, Joel Bicknell, this coming year, we will also be engaged in looking to our future and our leadership needs for the longer term.

Thus, we have prepared an online questionnaire aims to assist the Head of School Search Committee and our search consultants from The Education Group (John Cooper and Vicki Raney) as we carry out this important work.

In addition to information from Board and constituent surveys, the consultants will be on campus August 23-24, 2022, to meet with faculty, administrators, staff, alumni, parents, trustees, and members of the Search Committee. These are opportunities for members of our school community to participate in the search process and reflect on our needs at this critical time in the school's history.

Our search consulting firm will collate the questionnaire information rather than the school. This survey is open now and closes at midnight on July 20, 2022.
