CREATE Foundation (CREATE) is seeking feedback from stakeholders in the out-of-home care sector about the way we work and the things we do. This will inform the development of our next Three Year Strategic Plan 2018 - 2020.
Some information about CREATE. We are a national organisation with offices in each state and territory with two regional office in Alice Springs (NT) and Townsville (QLD). We have approximately 50 staff across all offices and are contracted to support the over 46,000 children and young people currently within the out-of-home care system.
The survey is open from now until 17 March 2018. We value your opinion and honesty, and the time you spend sharing your thoughts with us.
