Somerset’s Special Educational Needs and/or Disability annual satisfaction survey (2025) practitioner survey

Welcome to the new Somerset’s Special Educational Needs and Disability annual satisfaction survey (2025).

We estimate the survey will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete. If you require any help to complete or would like a paper version, please contact us on 01458 259384 or email getinvolved@somersetparentcarerforum.org.uk.

(please visit the website for more information). The individual information provided will only be accessible to Somerset Parent Carer Forum CIC. Your individual survey response will NOT be shared. The only time information will be shared is if it raises a concern for someone’s safety.

The results of the survey will be used to help us to improve services for all families and recognise services families’ value. A thematic summary of the survey results will be shared with Somerset Council and Somerset ICB. A report with the survey findings will be published in September.

Due to being anonymous, this survey is not a suitable way to raise any specific concerns you may have about a service. It is also not suitable for reporting any safeguarding concerns. If you have any safeguarding concerns, please ring Somerset Council on 0300 123 2224.
