Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Addiction Services Regional Scholarships

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, provides a limited number of scholarship awards through the Counselor Recruitment Program to support scholarship recipients to attend the 2019 New England School of Addiction and Prevention Studies.

Scholarships are paid directly AdCare Educational Institute. You, and/or your agency, are responsible for paying the remainder of program fees.

Please complete the form below to request admission and a scholarship -- provided through the Counselor Recruitment Program -- to attend the 2019 New England School of Addiction and Prevention Studies.

Required questions are noted with a red star.

You are asked to provide a recommending faculty member's name and contact information on your application form. We will contact that faculty member directly with a recommendation form that they will be asked to complete. Please let your recommending faculty member know that we will be sending them the recommendation form, as it is a required part of your application.

In the last section, click on the blue "CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION" button at the bottom of the page. 

The information will be submitted directly to the staff of the Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Addiction Services and AdCare Educational Institute of New England, who are working on this program.
