Leader Spring Renewal incentive survey

Thank you for your input on our spring renewal program! If you are new, spring renewal is when we encourage our girl and adult members to renew their Girl Scout membership for next year in the spring. While we have slightly adjusted the timelines for the past few years, spring renewal generally takes place in April and May.

* 5. We offered a physical incentive (lunchbag) last year for leaders who participated in spring renewal. Unfortunately many of those incentives were not claimed (no worries, they are being used as part of recruitment efforts). Of course, that may be partly blamed on the current COVID situation. However, one solution may be to allow leaders indicate if they do not wish to receive the incentive. If we offered a physical incentive, do you think we should give leaders the option to "Opt out" of the incentive to allow more accurate ordering?

* 8. One option instead of offering a small physical incentive to all leaders who participate, is to spend that money on prizes for giveaways, such as third-party gift cards, camping weekends, GSWNY shop shopping sprees, etc. Would that idea be of interest to you?
