Purpose of RFP

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of services by a contractor to determine the economic impact of sporting events (professional, collegiate, amateur and youth) to New Mexico’s tourism economy.
