Your support is essential to help transform sport education and training in Europe. It is part of the STARS project, funded by the European Union under Erasmus+.WHAT IS STARS?STARS – “Shaping Talents and Achieving Vocational Excellence in Sports” is dedicated to transforming sports education and training across Europe. The project aims to: Develop new training frameworks for the sports sector Bridge the gap between academia, sports institutions, and the world of employment Support continuous upskilling and reskilling of the sports workforce. WE NEED YOUR VIEWS!The sport sector is evolving rapidly and plays an increasing role in Europe’s social and economic future. To keep up with these changes, we need to understand: The challenges and realities employers face The skills gaps and training needs within the sector. By completing this survey you’ll provide essential insights that will influence education and training to build a stronger, more skilled sport workforce. The survey takes 10-20 minutes and consists only of tick-box questions, making it easy to complete.HOW WE WILL HANDLE YOUR DATAYour responses to the survey will be treated anonymously in a way that does not identify you.
