Introduction

The Town of Spencer is working to update its Master Plan. When complete, the Master Plan will help inform municipal policies and investments for the next 10-20 years.

This survey is a tool for collecting input from Spencer residents and other Spencer stakeholders (e.g., business owners, non-resident property owners, frequent visitors). The responses to this survey will help inform the vision, goals, strategies, and recommendations of the Master Plan.

The entire survey should take about 10-15 minutes. Assistance with the survey is available at www.SpencerMasterPlan.com. Paper copies are available for pickup and drop off at the Library, Senior Center, and Town Clerk's office.
