Introduction

Thank you for volunteering your time to take this survey. The purpose of this survey is to collect your feedback on the knowledge and tasks necessary to be successful in management and leadership roles in the field of specialty pharmacy. Your responses will assist with the development of two new credentials. In order for us to include your feedback, it is essential that you complete all questions. The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. You do not have to complete it in one sitting and you can pick up where you left off by clicking the survey link again.

Completion of the survey will grant you the opportunity to enter into a raffle for one of two (2) $50 Amazon gift card.

This survey is broken into four (4) sections:
  • Section 1 asks about your background and experience to help us assess representation across the industry.
  • Section 2 explains the structure of the credentials.
  • Section 3 asks you to rate groupings of job-related knowledge and tasks, called Subdomains, based on their frequency and importance.
  • Section 4 asks you to provide input on the proportion of test content that should be allocated to broad content areas, called Domains.
