Studio & Events Lead Application

As a Studio & Events Lead, you will be responsible for managing the studio during assigned shifts and ensuring all operations run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
  • Opening and closing the studio, including POS closeout, possible cash handling, and securing the building
  • Leading Studio Associates and ensuring tasks, service standards, and guest experience expectations are met
  • Leading fragrance-making experiences, workshops, and events
  • Overseeing food, beverage, and grazing board preparation and service
  • Handling guest concerns and resolving routine operational issues independently
  • Ensuring the studio remains clean, organized, stocked, and fully operational throughout the shift
  • Monitoring retail, inventory, and supplies, and escalating issues when needed
This is a leadership and keyholder role requiring strong reliability, organization, and independent decision-making.
